Do Coffee was born from a frustration with the low standard of decaf coffee. Too often it was treated as an afterthought — a sidekick rather than the hero. We set out to change that by creating a decaf coffee company dedicated to roasting specialty grade decaf in Melbourne, Australia.

Coffee runs in the family: meet our founder

For Jerome Lebel-Jones, founder of Do Coffee Roasters, a love of coffee runs deep. A third-generation coffee roaster, Jerome grew up surrounded by the craft. When he decided to reduce his caffeine intake to improve sleep, he discovered how poor most decaf options were. That frustration became the spark for Do Coffee Roasters - a Melbourne-based decaf coffee company committed to making decaf that delights, not disappoints.
