How our subscriptions work

Simply choose the coffee you'd like, how much you'd like delivered and how often. For example, if you choose a monthly delivery of 500g of San Antonio Decaf, our system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will get 500g delivered to your door each month, without needing to remember to place an order.

Can I pause, skip or reschedule My subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause , skip or reschedule a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below.

Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled in the customer portal, as seen in the image below. To access the portal, click the magic link in the email that was sent to you when you placed your initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop. The only restriction on cancellation is you need to have received a minimum of three deliveries to cancel.

Coffee subscription FAQs

We will send your coffee within 1 business day of your order. Subsequent orders will be send at your chosen frequency from our initial subscription date e.g if you signed up on the 3rd of November for a fortnightly delivery, we will ship your coffee on the 17th of November, 1st of December, 15th of December and so on.

We use Australia Post for all of our subscriptions and delivery takes 2-5 days for most Australian addresses. Remote areas of QLD, WA & NT will take 6-14 days.

The easiest way to make a change to your subscription is by logging into your customer account. Simply click the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the website and enter the email address associated with your subscription. You will then be emailed a code that will allow you to log into your account. One of the menu items in your account is called "Manage Subscriptions".

Once you've logged into your account (see how to log into your account above), you can change any of the following:

-Pause your subscription

- Skip or reschedule delivery

- Change which coffee you would like delivered

- Your preferred grind (whole beans or ground for any brew method)

- Amount (500g/1kg)

- Update your delivery address

- Add a one-off product to your next order

- Cancel your subscription so long as you have received at least 3 deliveries.
